Avilla Marigold is being constructed as a build-to-rent community with coordination of site and vertical construction across a multi-phase layout in the Buckeye market. The project required alignment between infrastructure development and unit delivery to maintain consistent progress throughout construction.

Execution focused on sequencing, trade coordination, and maintaining steady production flow across multiple units to support schedule continuity.
